Buyer bought a very expensive makeup foundation, returned a used one with filthy makeup all over it. The box of the foundation was badly damaged and had hole on it. The listing listed the shade color on the title, photos and in the description but somehow she didn't see it and complained that the listing didn't list the shade.
Don't sell makeup to this buyer or anything that she could switch with a used one.
