Previously use ID: tishamama. This buyer threatened to leave negative feedback if we do not pay her the return postage. We explained it is buyers' responsilibty. She returned the item and opened a ebay case asking us to pay her the postage and refund. We then refunded the transaction amount only but have got a case record.
