Details: | Buyer was very irate with me claiming I never sent an item even though tracking info was loaded but USPS never scanned the item. I suggested to wait a day or two to see if it updates and she filed a item not sent case. I called USPS and they located the package and scanned it, they told me the carrier didn't scan it originally. I provided this info to buyer and they didn't believe this can happen. Item arrives on time to them and then they claim it doesn't work and demands a refund. I accept refund just to be done with it and the buyer never sends the item back. |
