I sent Ronny Schneider (Ronnysavage84) a Transformers toy (MGS-03 Hound upgrade kit) that was missing some parts. It turned out that I had sent the wrong box by mistake. To make up for it, I refunded him right away thinking that that was the only toy I had. I told him to keep the toy.

However, I looked through my stock and found a brand new toy (same as the one he had ordered). Because it was my mistake, I sent him this new toy and told him he could pay me back when he got it. He agreed to that. But he never paid me back. The toy was about $25-$30, and he basically stole it from me.
