Sold an item to the buyer. It was stolen in transit, and I refunded them.

The buyer would not listen to my messages, and kept asking the same questions.

Buyer left low detailed seller ratings for item as described, even though item never arrived, and was promptly refunded. Buyer has no understanding of eBay feedback or policies.
