Regardless of who it is, you dont know these people from a hole in the wall. The nicer you are to these type of assholes, the more they screw you over. The fact is that alot of people buy one thing and you never see them again, so dont give them anything! Its your repeat customers that your nice do and the more business they do with you they get the discounts and favortism. Bitches like that cunt are only trying to see what they cant get away with see how much your willing to come down on price or give them free stuff. then bam your hit with negative feedback.
