First off you dont sell to his type. They are the biggest cheapest scam artists around. But in reality it was your fault, not anyone elses. It was you that made the decision to ship a product without tracking or proof of delivery. You knew that if you shipped to an unconfirmed address you were not covered by any dispute for non receipt. That was your own fault. You thought you could save $.50 for not having tracking. The item arrived, regardless of the cause, its your resposibility to prove the item was delivered, you didnt so you lost. No one is to blame except you.
