Buyer claimed product did not work as described - failed to give proper details. Tried to communicate with buyer to troubleshoot, buyer did not respond and escalated issue with eBay. Surprised surprised, eBay sided with buyer without even asking the seller for more details. Buyer is a scammer, please avoid.
