Payment method set to other because this scammer does not pay. Scammer is from the UK, but claims to be buying for friend/relative in the US for US shipping only auctions.

This scammer has 100% positive feedback. Most of it is not recent. The feedback that is not recent appears genuine and good. However, just before the scammer set his/her feedback to private, he/she received 2 new feedback as a buyer. Because sellers can only leave positive feedback, these were marketed as positive and did not decrease the scammer's feedback percent. However, the comments on the 2 new feedback were along the lines of: "difficult buyer. says he will pay but has not yet" and "CONFIRMED SCAMMER. does not pay." I believe this is an account that was sold to or hijacked by a scammer.

I also did not receive payment from this scammer. Luckily, I saw the feedback and did not ship the item.
