buyer opened up a false a to z claim claiming item not delivered, when tracking clearly shows it was. 2 weeks prior they called customer support wanting to return a duplicate item demanding no restocking fees. this exact same order . so they openly lied to open up an a to x claim for non delivery. hopeful amazon denies this fraudulent claim
