| Details: | Filed a credit card charge back on a video game purchase approx. 3 months after the receipt. Not only USPS tracking showed the item was delivered - she also complained to PayPal of acknowledging that she indeed ordered AND RECEIVED the the item, just doesn't like the video game story. Incredible.. Now $20 chargeback fees was deducted from my account as well. |

The bitch did it on purpose. She thought she'd wait and catch you completely off guard with a chargeback. Her only intension was to attempt to steal the product. I would get a collection agency after her, and file fraud charges against her with the local postal inspectors office and tell her if she doesnt reiumburse you for it, you'll proceed with legal action. Tell her it doesnt matter what state she lives in.
