Several days after buyer received the item, she said that the jacket had "bad smell." But we didn't find anything unusual during the inspection before we sent it out. We provided return shipping address and instructions the next day on Dec 17, 2011. Yet the buyer never returned the item. She kept and used it until Jan 5 2012 (almost 3 weeks). Well, the jacket has served its use value, as she said she bought it to wear during X'mas and New Year. Now she has gotten to wear it without paying a dime. What's worst, it was her fault not to send it back within the return period, but she filed a case with eBay about the transaction, and escalted the case before the item was even returned to us.
