This buyer purchased a Coach bag from me. Later she initiated return stating reasons that the bag doesn't match description on the listing (which is not true). I told the buyer that it is no problem she can return the bag for a full refund and shipment to me. Bag arrived back to me in a very dirty envelope, bag was staffed inside carelessly all smacked in + without tags and with a strong cigarette smell. I opened the case through eBay about the return issues. I however reimbursed the buyer her money. This buyer left very damaging negative feedback. Very unfair for the hard work I do to serve my customers. Seller be aware!!!
