Buyer won auction for dooney and bourke bag and paid on 12/7 on 12/8 buyer tried to cancel transaction said they would be at funeral I stated there's no refunds in auction they agreed to expedited shipping at my expense received bag on 12/11 and said item not as described first chemical smell and measurements off then measurements ok then reported me to ebay claiming bag is fake and damaged I agreed to accept return minus shipping but haven't heard back yet very horrible buyer.
