Purchased a xbox game from me in January, told me it was arrived in used condition, while I sent it brand new sealed as listed.
I refused because I have the photo that I am 200% got it brand new from Walmart.

He filed a PayPal " not as described " and forced to return the item for full refund. I have no alt. options.
Once I got it back in the mail it was a bootleg copy, or just a blank CD you may tell, without any disk cover or something.
I double checked the mail was come from his address.

I immediately contacted PayPal but they said I have to give evidence that this blank CD is the one I received from the mail, which means I have to had a cop or someone beside me to open the package!!!

WTF???

Now he cheated both the video game and my money, he lost nothing but just postage, but I lost both!
