She bought a very nice like new large cherry wood wall clock from me and claims there was no pendulum on it when she received it.She emailed asking if I had another pendulum I could send her and then emailed me right back saying it didn't work either and she just wanted to return it.

The clock had a very expensive fancy brass pendulum on it and was working as seen in the pics of all the different potions in the 12 pics and was also checked and working before I shipped it.

I now know after I looked at the prices for a fancy brass pendulum that is what she wanted and needed from my clock.

It was very expensive to ship and I had no other choice ,but to let her keep it because I already lost enough money on the clock and the first shipping without also paying the return shipping.

I am a seller who has a 100 % feedback score and work hard to keep it that way.It is my only income and would not sell anything bad or not working to mess it up.

Unfortunately there are many buyers like this one and hope eBay sellers she her here before she does it again.
