As long as you have it documented in the description your covered. Its a common thing for idiot buyers not to read anything. Even after signing documents they come back and repeat the most stupidist shit. They will sign a document saying I agree to this and that. Then when you catch them in a scam and they have nothing to say they will make up even more shit that was clearly stated in the policies they legally agreed to.
