| Details: | This buyer purchased my used textbook at Amazon and claimed that received item damaged. Then she filed A-to-Z Guarantee claim for a refund. I agreed her full refund and send her return shipping ($3.99) for her to return my book. She kept both my money and book. Amazon’s policy allows that to happen. For the past few years, nearly 100% of all Amazon A-to-Z Claims have been automatically decided in favor of the buyers. Base on the A-to Z Claims policy, the buyer has the right to keep the merchandise and not obligated to return the item to Amazon seller. Amazon buyers also not required to show the damaged or wrong merchandise to Amazon seller. Amazon allows scam buyers easily obtain their free merchandise that resellers have no recourse to prevent. I wonder if scam buyers already know that they can get stuff for free from Amazon’s sellers. Just file A-to-Z Guarantee claim and you will get a full refund and don’t required return the products. |

Hello this is Lindsay Mease this is over ten years ago however people are commenting things in addition that are untrue to add on to this due to bullying and their own personal agenda due to the extreme online bullying I've endured. I'm not a scam artist. The seller sent a flimsy college book not packaged correctly. It was in flimsy wrapping less thick wallpaper. The book came absolutely demolished. Not only did you dox me and my entire family due to Amazon's decision in agreement to their rules. You refused to pay for me shipping it back initially and it was a troublesome back and forth that I decided it wasn't worth my time because I was not interested in a back and forth. I decided to go through the A through Z due to the lack of maturity.

Further more I'm not a known scam artist just someone with a big heart who attracted extremely toxic people who would try to smear my name when something did not go their way. Which is the sign of extremely narcissistic people who love to rally together to hurt a person's image and business. I love how this hater gives absolutely no details on this scam at all. Although I think can of a few narcissistic bitter men who enjoyed smearing my name because I did not accept their mistreatment. Men think they can buy love and when they can't they go on lying about you saying you “scammed” them. I know who you are. You're either the insane stalker who harassed my phone for years wanting money back from a date because I wouldnt sleep with you who threatened me or youre the other obsessed stalker who wanted Christmas Presents and Birthday Gifts back with interest because I didn't want to be in a relationship with you. I've grown and learned to not accept abuse. I do not scam.

To the initial post I was a depressed college kid that didn't want to deal with an immature seller and didn't have the bandwidth at the time. You were a bad seller who couldn't even put a softcover book in a box. It was destroyed and proof had been sent that is really on you. That's the only reason I won my dispute because of the proof. If you don't like Amazon's Policies you don't dox people to dangerous people online. All you did was dox a young woman and create a place for the unfortunate stalkers to add their two sense.
