Bought item from me twice.
First, claimed as not received, and got full refund.

Second time, spoke to me nicely wanted my item.
Ok, I sold to this bad person again.
This time said item arrived not on time ( actually only one week after payment), claimed again as not on time for need.

This is not first case with Philippines buyers.
They are so poor and always wanted to get something for free and the best website allows them to cheat seller is EBAY.

Be aware dealing with Philippines buyers.
12 out of my 15 transactions to Philippines were cheated. Philippines is poor country and full of natural dissasters caused them need foods and clothes more than usual, caused them poor on spending money to repair their houses and then find ways to cheat honest sellers on eBay.

Bad Philippines buyers.

Be careful or let them keep cheating honest seller again and again.
