We give out free gifts with all of our orders. Customer claimed we didn't send him a free gift (we did). I told him to check the floor as usually they fall out (free crystal - it's small). Customer didn't respond to text so assumed he received. Customer then sent an email instead and we reiterated and he didn't respond again. He then left a 1 star review on our Google profile saying we had horrible customer service even though we responded both times within minutes to him during a global pandemic. Don't sell to him - rude and entitled.
