Payment was refunded after 13 days of the package not being delivered. Few days after the package was delivered and the buyer acknowledge that he had received the item. Promised to return but never did it. Try to contact him many times, even had ebay contact him directly, but no response. I have started legal and criminal actions so I can have some resolution on this case as this was a $300 phone.
