buyer lodged dispute with paypal 2 days after echeque is cleared
buyer escalates dispute to a claim one minute later (i kid you not)
buyer leaves seller first neg after 8 years of ebay trading
seller contacts post office, item in buyers PO BOX
buyer refuses to collect item and insists item is not received.
paypal dispute continuing
buyer leaves negative feedback for heaps of sellers |

Yes they are also doing the same to me, im so annoyed, how are they allowed to get away with it.
He/she opened a dispute case within 1 week, even though i had to send it from the uk to australia.
they are NOT getting the money back simple, negative comment or not.

minniedonovan has had me too - same technique. Paid through paypal and has registered and escalated to a dispute straight away, without any correspondence.
I got a tip off and I didn't send his second parcel in anticipation of his claim!

Just had the same happen to me with pofacepowell, he won bid then asked for a week to pay. Bid and won other items during the week. Same story after finally paying lodged a complaint within a day saying item not received and got refunded plus left negative feedback on the first item plus the others as I cancelled transaction due to being suspicious. Now goes by the name of Marcus Bennett and uses PO box 4023 Guildford west. Supplied eBay with all proof needed to show this piece of shit is a con but they would not act. Keeps claiming PO will verify item not sent but this is bullshit I rang the PO and they do not keep record of any mail through regular post.

This individual cannot be trusted. He delayed making payment - the excuses ranged from PayPal cancelling his account to having no internet banking and my bank (for direct deposit) was to far away.
His eBay profile lists his name as Mark Barton at an address in Spit Junction, NSW. I suspected the individual to be questionable so I collected copious photos and sent the package requiring a signature on delivery. I received a complaint from the user claiming I had sent to wrong address. I advised I had sent them to the address on eBay's profile - he claimed the address listed there to be incorrect. I have taken screen shots of that information.
I knew the sale would end unpleasantly, he has now claimed a disc was cracked, I advised it was in good condition on postage. I requested a photo to provide the damage - he is unwilling to provide. Interesting how it was the most expensive disc in the package (out of 8 items) that he claims was broken.
I will not be refunding the individual. I have added him to my blocked user list.
