this buyer will always asked and threatened if she doesn't have a full refund after getting the product.
She will just say "I don't want it anymore and can't send it back to you", and sadly, Etsy support was unprofessionnal enough to send her a full refund (not from my funds) just to please her... and you'll end up with a really bad review.
