... I've had the same problem!I offered him to send the records back (he did so) and I've sent him the money but he said he never got it and became abusive in a very bad way! the best way is to block him!!

I can't believe this guy can sell on Ebay - just shameful! Had a nasty round with this guy... wish I had read his "Feedback left for others" before I shipped him my rare Elvis album. The album he claimed he never recieved after only 10 days (ship to Germany)! Such a scammer! This guy absolutely has the worst mail service! BTW, he also uses ebay member id = africolarausch. Beware!

Kann mich nur anschließen! Habe bereits mit rund 15 anderen Opfern Kontakt gehabt, es handelt sich um einen gewerbsmäßigen Betrüger. Leitet Zahlungen mit paypal ein per Überweisung, die er nicht leistet und von paypal schließlich gestoppt werden. Wenn die Ware schon geschickt hat - Pech gehabt. Auch bei Rückabwicklungen behält er Geld und Ware. Ebay und paypal reagieren nicht. Zudem Beledigungen und Drohungen en masse. Vorsicht, Vorsicht, Vorsicht!!!

Bought a 7" on 11.03.2012 for 3,50.No payment so i don't want to send another invoice for 3,50.Then he paid on 13.04.All other buyers had already paid after two weeks so i don't check my bank account for two weeks.Then he claimed via ebay that he hadn't received the record on 22.04.
I told him that i thought he wouldn't pay at all and stick the 7" back in the shelf.
His reaction was:He will tell my name to the financial office because he thinks selling a private collection of over 8000 pieces is a official trading.
so,if i get post from the office i know from whom.

Bietet Platten an, die er gar nicht besitzt. Kopiert bei Ebay andere Angebote und stellt sie wesentlich teuerer bei sich rein. = Urheberrechtsverletzung. Schaltet sich sozusagen als Zwischenhändler ein. Kriminell!!!

The seller is in breach of ebay contact by providing customer detailed. The seller can also be sued for giving out personal information. Ebay has done this before to seller who uses this site. I will notify the buyer that their information is sent to the public so they can take actions
