First off there are a lot of morons in Florida period! There are also a lot of idiot assholes in Florida that will try to rip you off, like old people in their 70s and a lot of spicks. Its your job as a business to ensure you protect yourself against anything that happens. It was your decision to put tracking on the package or not, eBay and PayPal clearly state this to you.
