| Details: | Buyer appears to have a pattern of leaving negative feedback to extort sellers into giving inappropriate concessions. In my case, product delivered was product described but buyer tried to extort a full refund from me without being required to return the item. In speaking to a couple of other sellers, she did the same to them. Have called eBay several times to report the scammer but they are uninterested in protecting their sellers from this sort of abuse and bullying. |

Right off the bat, contact ebay directly and show them all the BS they have done, you dont be under any obligation to do nothing, make sure you tell eBay to take action against the buyer, the other sellers should be doing the same thing.
