Buyer ordered flooring adhesive which shipped immediately to them from the manufacturer. Buyer then filed an illegal credit card chargeback claiming they never got it. UPS proved to VISA that they got the shipment, yet VISA approved the chargeback, which is theft and credit card fraud.
