| Details: | Chen Hui of ebay profile "dedcniu" sells non CSA certified recessed lights and hence they cannot be used in Canada or North America. I returned the items to them. I have confirmation that they accepted the package. The seller acknowledged they have received the lights but will not issue me a refund. He dragged this out beyond 45 days so I can't dispute this through the formal route. This was my mistake as I've never had to deal with this in all my years buying on ebay. So please don't make the same mistake as me. As soon as a seller refuse to issue you a refund, report them right away.
