A pre-order didn't work out due to COVID-19. I instructed any buyers looking to cancel to follow specific instructions on how to do so without negatively impacting my account. This bad buyer chose to ignore those instructions. They instead opened an Item Not Received case. This buyer won't pay attention to anything you write them, seller aware!
