He is trying a different tactic claiming the book is counterfeit. I reported him to Amazon.
His request for a return: "We received a counterfeit version of the item we ordered. We need to return the book for a full refund along with shipping. Please forward over a prepaid shipping label to return the book(s)."

He currently has me under an A to Z claim with amazon claiming that he has reached out to me multiple times about getting a refund. I have received no messages from him. I am livid. Thankfully, I've submitted this link to Amazon as proof that he's done this before.

Well Amazon does not ban scammers and they don't allow sellers to block them either, which is why this guy will go on continuing to rip sellers off and in many cases the same sellers. Since this leaves Amazon as a co-conspirator in crime, you may want to contact your state's attorney general. In the meantime, cancel orders from known scammers to protect yourself from losses.
