Jesse Adams ordered a set of Cummins valve springs for $400. We got a chargeback for the springs today, claiming it was an unauthorized charge. I called him as soon as I got it. A woman answered and I asked for Jesse (the name on the order). He got on the phone, I explained the situation, and the line went dead.
I called back twice and both times I was forwarded to voicemail instantly. I called from my cell phone blocked, and low and behold he answered right away, then told me I had the wrong number.. Nice try.
He called several times from the phone number on his order when he placed it over the phone. He also called for tracking on the order.
