Well simply put, did you have tracking to prove the product was shipped and delivered? No! You knew the burden of proof for any type of non receipt of merchandise had to have tracking. You made the decision to save 13 cents for not putting delivery confirmation on package. You knew what could happen, it did happen, and now your crying because of something you should of done and didnt. You said simply i could risk the loss of product and revenue by not spending that 13 cents!
