Buyer purchased purse NWT and as soon as it was received, she filed with PayPal stating it was not authentic, despite being new with tags still attached. I uploaded my receipt for the item and won the case, but it seems she has appealed - I don't doubt a chargeback will be next. There has been zero communication from her regarding any concerns with the item - she simply filed an unfounded complaint.
