Complained of "damage" on the back of an autographed card. I offered a full refund along with a prepaid return shipping label. He claimed he needed to card to finish a set and didn't want to return it. Instead he wanted a huge partial refund. I was unwilling to give an additional discount on what I believed was already a great deal on a rare card. He kept on bullying and harassing me for a partial refund with no other solution acceptable to him. He was impolite, rude and hostile. After refusing his extortion attempts, I told him that the card was either worth what he paid or not and if not, he should return it for a full refund. He finally gave up and just left negative feedback - my first one in over 10 years.
