Buyer bought a high end ruby & gold bracelet. 7 weeks later wanted to return it claiming SNAD. Since she hadn't left feedback yet I relented & said she could return for partial refund. Item came back broken in the middle like she got it caught on something & yanked. At that point I couldn't give a refund, & by the time she sent it back she couldn't leave feedback. That's how long she had the item. After her sending me several berating emails & another 3 weeks passing she filed a charge back! From what I was told she has a habit of filing charge backs.
