Never send to her without tracking but even then, she’ll get you SNAD to get partial refund. Best course of action is to cancel the transaction and don’t send at all as it will cost you either way.
She’ll claim that the part of the order was damaged/missing in transit – with fully tracking and good protection – to get partial refund and free items. There are warning feedbacks from other sellers on her account.
She is investigated by Royal Mail and Action Fraud at the moment.
