Buyer asked to return a non-returnable product saying item doesn't match description or photos. Untrue. He then claimed the product was opened and not sealed. Untrue. He threatened to complain to eBay and said he knows such products are not returnable because he has ordered such products from many places over the years, and no one has any type of regular return policy. He finally admitted he is not suggesting anyone has tampered with the product at any point. He just wanted his money back. I refunded him in full and blacklisted him.
