Currently being scammed by this guy over memory, and he was probably the one who scammed me a year or two ago. He doesn't have the same user name as always but I have suspicious buyer emails tied to the person who won my auction that is trying to scam me. hopefully paypal denies their claim.

Same here, but "luckily" only for $7. Scammed me under the username lucyandfish (which has since been deactivated).

PayPal and eBay decided the case in my favor. Low value under $20 item so shipped with no tracking. Took two weeks of email correspondence. I think they're finally catching on so hang in there. ALWAYS try to fight it even if you think you are going to lose! PayPal does take notice after enough issues reported.
This won't ever work in seller's favor if it's a one off due to PayPal's very lax policies but if some scum does hundreds of disputes eBay will sniff a rat when it sees one.
