| Details: | This buyer purchased a computer on eBay and paid for two day shipping. The item was shipped next day and delivered in 2 days as promised. The buyer complained that he expected to get the item delivered in 1 business day and it was somehow my fault as I didn't give it to FedEx early enough in the day. He wanted a refund of his 2 day shipping fee !! This I refused. Upon receipt of the computer this buyer opened a dispute with eBay saying that he received a computer manufactured in 2003. I accepted the return and provided a prepaid shipping label. Upon return I verified that I had sent the correct computer. Horrible person. Apparently he is a CEO of some mobile payments company. Unbelievable. |
