| Details: | So I sold a graphics card for PC on ebay for £50 on Friday, I delivered it via first class signed for. Today I just recieved a refund request as the buyer claimed that I sent a different item to the one I had listed, they even took pictures of the packaging and said they received an old hard-drive, (pictured next to the packaging). I definitely sent a graphics card. They must have taken the card out and used that and replaced it with the hard-drive, Therefore getting his money back and my card. |

Make sure to contact your local police to report him for fraud. Contact the shipping companies as well to report mail fraud. What is his phone number?

First off if he used PayPal they wouldn't get their money back unless they proved the product was returned with tracking. PayPal would just default it to returning the item. Very simple, get a copy of the shipping label. The label would have the weight of the shipment by a government employee or courier service. Then get the weights online of what a hard drive would be vs card. Then use that as evidence of fraud. And state anyone could of propped it ontop of the box, especially installing a video card, he removed his hard drive and took it.

I would just like to say I HAVE BEEN WRONGLY ACCUSED AND THIS A JOKE.
I 'DID' RECIEVE THE PRODUCT IN THE END.
WHY I CONTACTED THE SELLER:
My nieghbour is a herion addict, to tell the truth he died in march last year, due to an overdose and yes it was horrible.
He took my parel and replaced it with what i can remember was an old IDE hard drive, and the box was open.
I am an honest and always be an honest person. My feedback and account status on ebay is 100% POSITIVE and allways HAS BEEN.
I feel that this should be removed as the seller has wrongly accused me. and feel that this is UNFAIR. Please tell me how u can accuse someone of fraud just becuase their parcel goes missing or is opened??? Your joking right?!

BE CAREFUL WHO YOU ACCUSE OF CERTAIN THINGS.

coming back a few years later, the card he sent me stopped working after 2 days
this seller got banned by ebay a few weeks later
i ended up moving address because my mail kept getting nicked
I would take your accusations back you discust me
it still annoys me to this day that you can just accuse people on the internet.

No I did not get banned, more lies I see. I'll be happy to remove this since it's been a very long time since it's happened. Hope you learned your lesson not to scam people. Unfortunately back then I did not know how to properly produce evidence for fraudulent activities. I'm a lot better equipped nowadays!
