| Details: | After 9 days of using the product that she received (and never complaint directly to our store), she tried to take advantage asking for a money refund via PAGSEGURO (60% !!!) using false excuses and depreciating the product - which, she NEVER proved or tried to send us pictures... Also, the person is very rude and offensive. She did not earn the money she wanted, so she left a negative feedback.
